Buenos días me llamo Pepe,

me gustaría saber cómo puedo recibir el pago de los Royalty después de haber actualizado el número de la tarjeta. y por el que ya me han cobrado la cuota mensual de Creative Cloud.

si me pudierais orientar o ayudarme, estaría muy agradecido

Royalty payments are sent to your verified PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill account.

Your credit card has nothing to do with your Stock Contributor payments.

Creative Cloud and Stock Contributor are two separate things.

Payment of royalties due has nothing to do with whether you've paid for any Creative Cloud apps. If you meet the criteria for payout, you can request a payment.

Efectivamente he mezclado cosas, lo que quería saber es cómo puedo solicitar un pago que se ha quedado pendiente de recibir como contribuidor de Adobe Stock.

When did you request payment? It can take up to ten business days, Monday through Friday, for the transfer to be completed. Federal holidays also don't count, and the U.S. recently celebrated Labor Day. The day of your withdrawal also does not count.
