I am grateful that Adobe is willing to give bonuses to its contributors, and a free year of an Adobe application. However I already subscribe to the full Creative Cloud option. So using a free year of an app would be pointless. Unless they deduct the cost of that single application choice from my cloud subscription, or give the option to choose from one of the new 3D applications (Substance, Stager, etc.). Otherwise, in my case or for any other CC subscriber, the "gesture" of a free year of an application is hollow.

Upper management people don't lurk in these user-to-user communities.

You'll need to reach the ear of employees who can relay your ideas to upper-level decision-makers.

I think the majority of Adobe Stock Contributors are delighted to receive the free annual subscription bonus; however your suggestion to offer other alternatives within the Adobe family of products certainly has merit. Offering a bundle of Generative AI credits may also be appealing.
