I have withdraw 118 dollars to adobestock account . But I have a problem with my Payoneer account so I want to cancel the 118 dollar payment. Please return the dollar to my adobe stock account. Thank you.

It may take a while to bounce back, but incomplete transfers always get returned eventually.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. If there is an issue on Payoneer's end, the payout will be returned to your Adobe account.
