Business days: from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. So 10 business days is 2 full weeks. Counting starts the 17th. The last day is the 31st, if there was no holiday or local closure. You are still in-line with what has been promised.

Hi @HEPSIBACHARLES ,

Your request was on a Saturday. The count started on the following Monday. Monday to Tuesday is the first day. Therefore, the first week is four business days. Skip Saturday and Sunday, the second week is five days. Skip Saturday and Sunday again The final day is today Monday July 31st. In essence 10 business days means 14 days. Note you don't count the first day as one. Submitting on the week-end is like submitting Monday morning. If you want to count the first Monday as day one you have to submit during the business day the previous Friday.

Regards

Jacquelin

Today is the 10th working day, but the day has just started here in California where Adobe's HQ is located. It's 8:00 a.m. here. Your payment will most likely be released some time today. Be patient.
