I made a royalty payment request a week ago, so far I have not received it, I would like to know what is happening, because in the previous payment the process was very quick and simple, could you give me some clarification?

    We are not Adobe employees so we can not look into the matter. But as we have stated several time payment can take 7-10 working, not calendar, days to process.
