trying to connect with adobe support from the form but no answer and i have problem in my payment

When did you send your request? It could take some time to receive a response.

If you sent the original request on Friday, you shouldn't expect a response over the weekend.

I requested a withdrawal from Adobe, but it did not reach PayPal. I contacted PayPal, and they told me there was an issue with the account, and the transfer was canceled. The problem has now been resolved 

now i'm trying ro reach with adobe to get my money back again
