payment delay issue

Hello everyone, I am an Adobe Contributor. My payouts usually come from Saturday to Saturday, but this time I requested the payout on Friday. Today it is already the next Saturday, and I still haven’t received the payment. Has anyone else experienced this before, or is there a known reason for this delay? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Many Contributors have reported that their payments have been delayed; however, I haven’t read any complaints indicating that the payment was later than the 10-day maximum committed service level. It seems that Adobe has changed their payment processing routine, but I’m sure you can still expect it within 10 days.
