payment delay issue

Hello everyone, I am an Adobe Contributor. My payouts usually come from Saturday to Saturday, but this time I requested the payout on Friday. Today it is already the next Saturday, and I still haven’t received the payment. Has anyone else experienced this before, or is there a known reason for this delay? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yes brother, it's been 14days since I requested my payment. But it's still pending.

The banking industry says to allow 10-15 business days (M-F) for bank funds to appear in accounts. Countdown begins on the first business day after your request is made.

So if you request payment on Saturday, it won’t be received until Monday (except on holidays).

Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri, Mon…

Many Contributors have reported that their payments have been delayed; however, I haven’t read any complaints indicating that the payment was later than the 10-day maximum committed service level. It seems that Adobe has changed their payment processing routine, but I’m sure you can still expect it within 10 days.
