payment delay issue
Hello,
I am following up on my payment request submitted on January 30, 2026. As of February 09, 2026, the payment has not been received, and around 11 business days have passed.
Only 7 business days have passed. The day of withdrawal does not count. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days for banks.
