payment error issue

Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue regarding a payment that was processed on January 30, 2026. The payment amount of $43.97 shows a "Payment Error" status in my Adobe Stock dashboard, and it has now been almost 12 days without resolution.

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible? Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side to facilitate the payment process.

    You need to contact Adobe. Please use the “Contact Us” link on the dashboard. Nobody here in this forum can resolve the issue.

    First check with the payment agency you used (Payoneer, Skrill or Paypal) to find out if there is a problem on that end. If not, relink the agency account to your Adobe account using the same method you used for your first linking and confirm. That should resolve the problem. If the problem is not resolved after dong that, use the “Contact us” on your contributor page to contact Adobe.

    When there is a payment error, the funds will be sent back to Adobe. The issue is usually not on Adobe’s end, but that of the account receiving the funds. You should contact them to ask what the problem was. That said, we are contributors here like yourself and can not be of assistance with such issues.

    I am experiencing the same payment error issue. The payment still shows a "Payment Error"
