Payment error" issue

Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support,

I am facing a "Payment error" issue with my latest payout of $36.70 via Skrill on August 2, 2025.
My Skrill email is:[Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]


(same as my Adobe account). My Skrill account is fully verified and active.

Could you please check the issue and reprocess my payment?
I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

3 days means on Friday. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days. You got a confirmation e-mail and you got a case number. You should be patient. But you should also contact Skrill. If there is a payment error, that means that Skrill did not accept the payement.
