"Payment Error" Warning When I Receive Payment From Adobe Stock

Dear supporters of the Adobe Help Center, first of all, I wish you all a good day. I have a small problem that I would like to consult you.

I have 30 dollars earned in my Adobe Stock account. To get this amount, I clicked on the "payment" button as usual. Then I clicked on the "I am not a US Taxpayer" option. (I live in Turkey and I am a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. When I was filling out the W-8BEN form in Adobe, I saw that there is a certain tax rate between my country and the US, but I think this does not make me a US taxpayer, please warn me if I am wrong.)

I then chose "payoneer" as the payment option. I waited a week and finally got a "payment error" warning in Adobe Stock, then a few days later a "payment canceled" warning and the $30 was restored to my Adobe Stock site.

What do you suggest I do in this situation? Should I try to get paid again without making any changes? I actually wanted to check the accuracy of my payoneer account that I linked to adobe stock, but I couldn't find where to do that. How are Adobe Stock and my payoneer account linked, where can I check this and if there is an error, where can I correct it? By the way, I am sure that my bank account in my payoneer account is correct and up to date.

I wish you all a trouble free day.

Is Payoneer supported in the Turkey?  The payement error means that Adobe tried to pay you, but the service provider declined. You should contact Payoneer customer service to check if your account is correctly established.

As for the taxes, as soon as you have filled out the tax form, whatever taxes are due get deducted automatically from your royalties. So when the royalties are $1, and you have a 10% tax deduction, you get $0.9 credited. And yes, as a non US citizen, you are not a US taxpayer.
