Hi! I requested payment 1 Oct, and now ( 15 Oct) I still have not my money on PayPal! But in my profile this payment marked as DONE. Can you help me?

Hello, I have been a collaborator for 5 years and right now I have the same problem.
It says "payment done", since October 21, but as of this time that payment has not reached PayPal
I hope you update if you already solved it

What country are you in? Check with PayPal support.

So guys! My money BACK to my Adobe account. But! Transaction 'done' not 'canceled'. Wtf it is? Can somebody tell me?

No, as indicated above, we are fellow Contributors and have no ability to look into your account. Contact Adobe via the "contact us" link at the bottom of your Dashboard page. Use the drop-down arrow and select Payment, Taxes and Bonus Program. Then select Other and describe what the problem is.

You should wait at least 15 BUSINESS days to receive royalty payments.

No. I should not. 7-10 businees days only. Or show me this rule.

Also in my adobe stock account this payment has mark DONE but I did not receive money.

I'm not here to argue. Depending on where you live, payments typically take 10-15 business days to process.

There can be a delay of a day or two before PayPal acknowledges the transfer. Is this your first payment?
