I withdraw my payment Sunday, June 30, 2024 and today as per my country, the date is Friday, July, 2024. I have not received any payment yet and status is also pending. Please guide me about this issue. THis is the first time in 3 years with me that my payment is too late

The average wait time is approximately 7~10 business days(Monday to Friday) depending on the volume of transactions there are at the time of your conversion.

However, currently, we are experiencing very high volume of the payout conversion recently. Your payout is still processing.

If you have not received your earnings by the end of the week, please let us know, and we will look into the matter further.

We appreciate your patience and kind understanding.

And it's only 9 business days since you asked for the payout. The answer clearly says business days! And they explain what a business day is!

Only 9 US business days have passed since you requested payment on June 30. Mondays through Fridays are business days in the US. Saturdays and Sundays, and US Federal holidays (the 4th of July), are not business days. As such, only 9 business days have passed since you requested payment. Payments are usually made within 10 business days, and June 30 may not have even counted, depending on the time you requested payment. Be patient.
