Look at the calendar and start counting the day after you submitted your request. Exclude weekends. You are only on business day 6 and will be paid on or before business day 10.

7 to 10 BUSINESS days. You are on day 7. Weekends do not count, nor the date of withdrawal if the withdrawal was performed after business hours.

The date you ask the withdrawal is day 0. If it has been asked after business hours it's day -1!
