Payment issue

My frist payout is still pending for payment. Pending for 7 days. Now pending for payment 24 hours. When i received my payment in my payoneer account. Please let me know any problem.How long time i receive my payment. Thank you

Hi @Rita007 ,After requesting payment, you should see a pop-up notification that says you'll be paid within 7 to 10 business days. Business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays. Therefore, outside of holidays, 14 calender days is still within the time it will take for you to receive your payment. If holidays falls within the time, it will take more.Best wishesJacquelin
