payment issue

i am facing issue in transsfering my pament through payoneer , infact i m already connected done my last payment in june . but now when i m trying to click on payout they ask me to connect on apyonner after that onlt his connect image is showing . plz tell me wat is the issue is happening  here ,  find attached the screen shot . and yes my payoneer account show it is connected  and i recieved  an email fro payoneer that i am connected with adobe  then y adobe stock still showing connecting ......

Hi @Nausheen Talha 

I had the issue. What I did was to follow the instruction to connect. You already have a Payoneer account, so you sign in to Payoneer instead of creating an account. Once you sign in from the Adobe platform, you should be good. I believe Adobe did some updates that causes the disconnection from their end.

You should stop opening multiple threads concerning your issues. That is contraproductive, as possible solutions may get spread to different threads.

Use another web device / browser that doesn't have script blockers or VPN enabled.

nancy i am not able to understand the link u shared , can u elaborate , beacuse my issue is not resolved yet and adobe stock send me an email that my case is closed . i dont understand wat is the problem .

hi . i tried everythin u mentioned but still issue exist , i ve contacted to contributoe helo section from your mmentioned link but still doesnt resolve , i reveived an email from adobe stock that my case is closed , i have again contacted them with new email not hoping to get soultion ,

. kindly help me  out in resolving this , as i need to withdraw my payouts ,
