I initiated a payment withdrawal from Adobe Stock on March 18, 2025. However, it has been 10 days, and I have not received the payment yet. Additionally, I have not received any confirmation email or payment notification.

It is 7-10 BUSINESS days. Weekends and federal holidays do not count. Nor, I suspect, does the first day of withdrawal. You should expect payment early week.

Hi @daniellei4510,

 

it’s had been pass more than 10 business days from 27/1/26 but I still not get any payment deposit to my PayPal account including the previous payment from last year. could you please help to solve this out.

Hi @Mizanur_Rahman5716 ,

Your payment should be sent on or before April 1, 2025. The time is 7 - 10 Business days. Including week-ends make it 14 calender days provided non of the days is a holiday in which case the time would be longer depending on the number of holidays.
