Hey, I am a contributor and I have requested money on 18th of this month but haven't still received the money in my payoneer account. It been more than 7 days now.

Payments are processed manually in the order they are received. The average wait is between 7-10 business days.

I requested a payout on Jan. 20, haven't received the money either. It says "Pending" in my Payment history.

 

This is the longest that I have waited for a payout. Can someone from Adobe comment, please?
