Payment Not Received in PayPal

Hi,
I withdrew $38.22 from Adobe Stock to my PayPal on September 17, 2025. The payment shows as "done" in my Adobe dashboard, but my PayPal balance is still zero.
Has anyone faced this problem recently or know how to solve it?

You should contact PayPal. As far as Adobe is concerned, the process has been completed.
