payment pending

Hello, My payout date is 17 October 2023. And today is 1 November. i have a pending payment for adobe stock and it is still not reflected in my payoneer account. what the reason.

    Today is working day 10, so your payment  status should change to Done by tomorrow morning (PST) which means that Adobe has handed the funds over to Payoneer. I use PayPal, and it still takes a few days for PayPal to release the funds thereafter, so I assume Payoneer has a similar delay.

    If it's pending, it'pending and not done. You need to count 7 to 10 BUSINESS days. A business day is fro Monday ti Friday. If the status changes to done, Adobe issued the payment, but Payoneer may still need a day or two to reflect that in your account. Patience is needed.
