On October 21, 2024, I withdrew The Payment From Adobe Stock. But I have not received the payment so far, why has no mail come?

Because it has only been 7 business days (the day you withdrew probably doesn't count) since you withdrew payment. It can take 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for the transaction to complete.
