Hello, I made my second payout on 28 October 2024, and to this day it is still pending, is there something wrong or has Adobe policy changed regarding payments??

You are right about the 14 workday period. I would wait a couple of days and then contact Adobe. We cannot determine if something is wrong. We are not Adobe employees.

Meanwhile, my friend paid out on November 3rd and yesterday he finished his payment, I really don't understand how Adobe works.

Adobe pays out reliably within 10 work days, so your situation is out of the norm. Use the Contact Us link and select the category for Payment, Taxes and bonus program.
