Payment pending since Wednesday 11th October

A pop-up notice should show that you receive payment within 7 to 10 business days, meaning the maximum number of day for you to receive your payment is 14 days - 10 business days and two week-ends, except if a bank day falls within the the allotted 10 business day which would make it more than 14 days.

Customer support is for customers, not contributors.

My 1st payment was requested on Friday 22nd September and I received on Monday 2nd October exactly 10 days.

Your first request was fulfilled after 6 business days, which is fast. Many people do not read “business” or “working” days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public and company holidays.

But on my 2nd payment case the 10th day comes to Sarurday which is bank holiday. So now I'm worried if my payment will be delayed or stucks.

Why should it stick, even if it should be schedules on a Saturday? It won't delay, either. But it won't be arriving as fast as you probably would wish.

Don't worry, you're still on schedule.

Payments are processed in the order that they’re received, and they’re completed within 7 to 10 business days.

Ten business days is 2 weeks, so you are still good
