Payment Request Not Showing in Payout History - Need Help

I recently submitted a payment request to withdraw from my Adobe Stock account to my PayPal account. After completing the steps, I received a confirmation that the request was successfully processed. However, when I check the Insights and Payout History sections, I see no record of a pending payment.

I believe I have met all the required criteria for the payout. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is it normal for the payment to not immediately appear in the Payout History? I would appreciate any insights or advice on this matter.

Hi @Lahiru99 ,

Check the payout history again. If you still do not see it, just to make sure all is well, send a ticket to Adobe using the contact us link at the bottom of your contributor account. In any case I believe all is well and you will receive your payment on time. Sometimes the recording in that section malfunctions.

By recently, how long ago did you request the payout?

7days ago. but I need to know is there no any status showing is our payment is processing or cancel or anything

Yeah, the screenshot you provided doesn't tell us much. 7 days ago would not include Saturday and Sunday, nor the day you requested the payout. So you're looking more along the lines of 4 or 5 days. I don't think the Payout History would include any "history" until the payout is completed.
