Payment Withdrawal Status Delayed?

Hello everyone,

I recently made a payment withdrawal from Adobe Stock and on the dashboard, it shows that the payment has been processed and marked as "done" on May 12th, 2023. However, I have not yet received the funds in my PayPal account.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue with a delayed payment transfer from Adobe Stock to PayPal? If so, what was the reason for the delay and how long did it take for you to receive your payment?

I appreciate any insights or information that you may have regarding this issue. Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,

M. Christopher Disho

You shouldn't expect a reply on the weekend. If you sent an email to the Contributor Support you will receive a reply, though it could take some time.

Hello
I applied on May 8, but the amount has not yet been deposited into my PayPal account
Previously, it was deposited within 5 working days, but now it takes up to 10 days

Done means that Adobe has processed the payment. That does not mean that PayPal did process it yet. There is always a short lag of a day or two between the status change and the money being on yout account.

As a side note: when posting here, do not tic all the topics, use only the relevant ones.

Hi @Christopher Disho 786 ,

You should see the payment in your PayPal account within 24 hours of it being done. You only have transfer issue if your payment information is incorrect or issues with incomplete requirement on either side - PayPal or Adobe. I suggest you contact Adobe using the contact us on your Adobe Account page. They will advise you.

Best wishes

Have you received othe payments in the past to your Paypal account? Perhaps there's a delay because it's the weekend, though I would assume that the transfer from Adobe to Paypal is automated.

Check your spam folders to make sure the email from PayPal didn't go to the wrong place. Or just log onto your PayPal account to see if the funds have arrived. If you still have no word from PayPal by Monday or Tuesday, I would contact contributor-support@adobe.com
