Question

I withdrew my first payment on 16/06/2022. Now my payment status shows "payment done". But I didn't get any money yet. I checked my PayPal account also my bank account. I submitted two request on contact us form. But alas! They do not give me any reply.

I would check the Pioneer account! It takes some time for the money to arrive at your account. The Adobe “done” message says that Adobe released the payment, not exactly that the money arrived.
