Payoneer blocked my account.

Hello,

Payoneer has blocked my account, and I can't log in, and they won't help me open it.

I've been using my Payoneer account for years when receiving payments through Adobe, but they've closed it for unknown reasons.

Even though I stated that I could provide all the requested documents, I still did not receive any results or a solution.


How can we trust Payoneer?


Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

There is currently no other option I can use in Türkiye other than Payoneer.

I'm waiting for help.

I don't see how we can be helping with your issues with Payoneer. This here is an Adobe stock forum for contributors and Payoneer is not an Adobe company. They have their own procedures and and legal requirements.

I've been receiving payments twice a month for years without this account being blocked.

I'll explain where the problem started below.

I ordered a physical card from Payoneer. They told me I needed to submit one of several documents to verify my address.

I first uploaded a document with my address, but it wasn't accepted. I uploaded another document, but that wasn't accepted either. I uploaded my latest internet bill, and voila, my account was blocked.

I live in Türkiye, and my native language is Turkish.
When I first registered for my Payoneer account, I couldn't enter the special characters that are in Turkish.

I had to type "DOGAN" when I should have written "DOĞAN" or "250 1" when I should have written "250/1" because otherwise the registration wouldn't be completed.

But since my native language and my invoices are Turkish and contain special characters, I think this is where the problem started.

Then I think a Payoneer employee thought this was a scam.
Then blocked my account.

I reported this to Payoneer, but they ignored it and didn't offer a solution.
