Payoneer connected but payout status still showing "Connecting" and submission disabled

Hello,

My Payoneer account has been successfully linked and I have received confirmation. My W-8BEN tax form is validated.

However, the payout section still shows "Connecting..." and I cannot submit content because I receive the message:

"Submission disabled. Please set up your payout information before submitting content."

More than 36 hours have passed since linking Payoneer.

Could someone please help resolve this issue?
