Payoneer payout account declined after removing it from another contributor account

Hello,

My Payoneer payout account was previously connected to another Adobe Stock contributor account. I have already removed it from that account.

However, when I try to connect it to my current contributor account, I receive the following error:

"Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile."

My Payoneer account is active and verified.

Could an Adobe moderator please check whether this Payoneer account is still associated with another contributor profile and help remove the old association?

Thank you.

This sounds sketchy & could get your account blocked for suspicious activity. Sharing accounts is bad practice for a lot of reasons.

It would be much cleaner for YOU to create a unique Payoneer account that’s tied to your current Stock Contributor ID.

Hope that helps.

No one here can do that for you. Adobe staff members do not participate in this forum. I would suggest you log into your dashboard and use the contact link at the bottom of the page.
