Payoneer permanently blocked. No PayPal or Skrill. Need payout assistance for $1,805.88

Subject: Payoneer Permanently Blocked – No Available Payout Method – $1,805.88 Balance

Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support,

I am an Adobe Stock contributor and I need assistance regarding my earnings payout.

My Payoneer account was permanently blocked after verification and cannot be restored.

Unfortunately, PayPal and Skrill are also unavailable to me, which means I currently have no valid payout method available in my Adobe Stock Contributor account.

I currently have $1,805.88 available for payout and I am very concerned that I may lose access to my earnings because I am unable to use any of the supported payment providers.

Could you please advise if there is any alternative solution available to receive my earnings?

For example:

• Transfer to another approved payment account

• Direct bank transfer (wire transfer)

• Manual payout assistance

• Updating payout details to another eligible recipient

• Any other available solution

I would greatly appreciate guidance from an Adobe representative on how I can receive my earned funds.

Thank you for your reply.Yes, I contacted Payoneer multiple times. They informed me that the account was permanently closed and they cannot reopen it.As I understand, the closure may be related to my location in Ukraine. Some regions of Ukraine are subject to additional restrictions and compliance reviews, and Payoneer decided to permanently close my account.Unfortunately, PayPal and Skrill are not available options for me.The balance accumulated because I was continuously uploading content and was unable to resolve the payout issue in time.I have also contacted Adobe Contributor Support and am currently looking for any possible solution to receive my earned funds.Could Adobe manually reset my payout method or allow payout to another approved payment account?Thank you for any guidance.
