Payoneer Second payment

Hello everyone,

I set up my Payoneer account and I send a first transfer from Adobe to Payoneer. Everything worked fine.

Now I have sent the money again from Adobe stock but I didnt do anything in my payoneer account. How can I receive the money in the payoneer acccount? It doesnt show up even as pending.

Do I need to "request a payment" in Payoneer to Adobe? If so, how can I should complete the information about the payer? (Name, last name, etc)

Should I just only wait until I receive the transfer from Adobe?

Any idea?

Depending on Bank and Region, money transfers can take 10-15 business days to show up in your bank account.

Be patient.

Hi, have you got this solved?

I have the same problem and I E-mail Adobe support team. They didn't help anything and gave me automated messages to contact Paypal directly (I'm using Payoneer) and Payoneer support told me to contact Adobe support as well 🤦🏻‍♀️

If Adobe Stock shows the status as "Payment Done", but you don't yet see the funds in your Payoneer account, you should first contact Payoneer to determine status.

I can see the payment as "pending" in Adobe and no data in Payoneer. Not sure if I need to use the option "request a payment" from payoneer to send a bill to Adobe. My understanding was that the accounts were connected after the first payment.

As long as the payment is pending, you won't see anything in Payoneer. You will need to wait for the status to change to done. Payments are executed in the order as requests are received and in a 7 to 10 working days timeframe. A working day is from Moday to Friday.
