My Payout Button Still In Gray colour Passed 45 Days and reched more than 25$

( First Sale October 01st )

is It need more days?

I have the same problem as the creator of this post.

Payout button is greyed out.

I have more than 50$ to collect, it has passed more than 45 days (47) since my first sale, my tax information status is Validated.

I have tried all that you suggested, cashe, history, other browser etc.

I tried to reach the support on chat several times, with a wait of an hour for a "specialist", and then no reply/timeout.

What shall I do?
