Hi, I am having some problems with my payout. I requested payout on Sunday Sep 04,2023. It's been 10 business days and still the status is pending. I tried to contact support but never received a reply from them. The payout method was skrill.

Today is the 8th business day. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The day you're asking for the transfer is not counted. If there is a holiday in between, it's not counted. As a side note: September 4th, at least on my calendar, was a Monday. That Monday was Labour Day in the USA.
I do not know when you contacted support, but support does not respond instantly. They answer by e-mail, so watch your spam folder.
When your payment changes from pending to done, that means that Adobe did make the payment. It may still take several days for the payment to get credited to your account.
