Payout Issue

Hello everyone, I have an issue with the payout, since it's my first time 

                                      I requested a payout a couple of weeks ago and I still don't see any pending or completion notification in my payout history. In the dashboard, I can see my earnings and when I click it to request again, the requesting options show that I need to wait until 25 dollars again
