Payout Issue

A week ago, I sent a payout request to my PayPal account. But unfortunately, yesterday my PayPal account was permanently disabled due to some issues, and it won't be recovered. While I opened my Adobe Stock dashboard, I saw that my payment was done. Now what should I do? How can I get back to my payment to my Adobe Stock? Please help me with this issue.

PayPal should refuse the payment and return it to Adobe Stock. If that hasn't happened yet, contact PayPal directly. No one here in the forum can assist with this issue.
