Payout marked as completed, but money not received on PayPal

Hello everyone,
I received a payout from Adobe Stock on October 24, 2025 for $12.07, and it shows as “Payment completed” in my Contributor account. The payout was sent to my PayPal address [personal info removed by moderator]
However, the money has not appeared in my PayPal account. I recently discovered that my PayPal email needed to be reconfirmed, and I have now verified it successfully.

My PayPal email address is correct.

Could someone from Adobe Stock Support please check if the payment was returned to Adobe or help me get it resent?
I have already confirmed that the PayPal account is active and verified.

Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,
Denis

It's very unfortunate that you didn't verify your account beforehand. This could significantly delay receipt of your royalty payments.

Stock can do nothing once funds are transferred. It's out of their hands.

What typically occurs when a payment transfer fails for whatever reason, the funds bounce back to the sender.

Be patient. Wait 7-10 business days for the funds to come back to your Stock Contributor account. Then start the process all over again.
