Payout Pending for 10 Days – Payoneer Verification Concern

Hello,

I submitted my first payout request to Adobe on Monday, March 3, 2025. Today is March 14, 2025, and my request has been pending for 10 days now. I would like to know if the payout process will take longer than the timeframe mentioned by Adobe.

I created my Payoneer account through Adobe Stock, and it was approved. However, I noticed that no verifications appear in my Payoneer account. Could this be preventing the transfer of funds from Adobe Stock to Payoneer?

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

The wait is 10 business days. In general, this corresponds to weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and statutory holidays. So don't worry !
