Subject: Request to Cancel My Pending Payout

​Message:

​Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,

​I am writing to request the cancellation of a payout request I recently submitted. Due to some personal reasons, I need to halt this transaction and keep the funds in my contributor account for the time being.

​Account Details:adobe stoke contributor 

​Request Date: 31/1/2026

​Estimated Amount:27.60

​If the payment hasn't been processed yet, could you please cancel it and credit the amount back to my contributor balance?

I don’t know at what point the payment is out of Adobe’s hands; however, I do know that you will not receive a response from an Adobe rep here because they do not monitor this forum and do not discuss account matters in a public forum. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of your Dashboard page and select “Payment, taxes and bonus program” from the drop-down list to send your request to Adobe Stock Contributor Support.

Once you request payout, it’s usually out of Adobe’s hands. They can’t stop a moving train once it leaves the station.

 

If the funds fail to transfer for some reason, they’ll bounce back to your Stock Account. However, that could take an additional 10-15 business days.

You are not addressing Adobe here in this forum. We are contributors like yourself. You need to use the provided Contact Us link at the bottom of your dashboard page. It is highly unlikely, that you will be able to halt the payout request.
