Payout status changed from “Pending for payment” back to “Pending”

Hello,
I requested a payout on January 11. On January 17, the status changed to “Pending for payment”, but the payment did not arrive and later the same day it changed back to “Pending”.

Another contributor (my sister) requested a payout on the same day and received the payment normally on January 17.

Does anyone know the possible reason for this situation, and when the payment is usually expected to arrive?
Thank you.

This was the result of a google search, so it may not be entirely accurate, but given the recent holiday, a couple of these may apply:

An Adobe Stock payment might revert to pending because of a delay in bank processing, a failed attempt due to insufficient funds or expired card, issues with the third-party provider (like Payoneer/PayPal), manual fraud checks by Adobe, or simply needing more time (7-10 business days is typical) for funds to fully transfer after Adobe marks it "done"

Be patient. Payouts take a minimum of 7 - 10 business days (Mon-Fri) to reach your account.

Your request wasn't received until Monday the 12th.

Jan 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26.

Hope that helps.

I think there is a misunderstanding.
I’m not asking about the normal payout time, as I know it can take up to 10 days and I’m not a new contributor.

My question is about why the payout status changed from “Pending for payment” back to “Pending”.
I would like to understand the reason for this status change.

Today is a federal holiday in the U.S., which means that tomorrow will be only business day 6 since you submitted the request. It can take from 7-10 business days, so you should expect payment by the end of this week.

If this was your first payment request, it will take about 3 weeks. for me it takes about 10 working days, which means 2 weeks.

As for the “Pending for payment” and "Pending"... the fact is that it is still pending, so I suggest you wait and don't worry. It could be until next  week you get your payment.

Cheers!

Thanks for your reply.
I’m not new to Adobe Stock. I’ve been a contributor for about three years, and I’ve been receiving payouts via PayPal regularly for nearly two years using the same payment method.

This is the first time this has happened to me, which is why I’m concerned.
