Payouts: questions from my tax office

Hello,
I'm contributor at Adobe Stock. Now my tax office in Germany wants to know exactly where the license payments come from to the german contributors. Could you give me the exact company address of the company that will pay for the german artists? Is there a reliable source for this?

And last question: is there any way to get a correct payment receipt for the license payments? Currently we only print the payment overview on the website, which has little meaning for my tax office.
