Question

pb with stock reviewers for contributors

Dear Adobe stock reviewers and Adobe officials,

I've been publishing illustrations for some time as a contributor on Adobe Stock.

1/ The time for acceptance is way too long (one of my illustration has been waiting for a review for 3 months) and is still not accepted or rejected,

2/ Some of my vectors illustrations (svg format) were accepted as jpg only Several times. So I have to withdraw them and publish them again. Two more months waiting for acceptance at least...

3/ My publications are not accepted in the order they were published on Adobe contributor platform, contrary to what is annonced by Adobe.

I hope officials will take a look into the matter.

Regards

1. Many Contributors are reporting review delays of 2-3 months or even longer. There's nothing we can do to hasten the process.

2. The next time this happens you should contact Adobe immediately and ask them to look into it before you delete the asset. This seems like some sort of bug.

3. Assets appear on your Dashboard page in the order in which they were submitted, not in the order in which they were approved. However, the order is irrelevant to Buyers who don't come to your page to look for assets. The approval date is what determines newness in the Buyer portal.

Ok, but it is not the problem.  I've read that our assets are evaluated in the order we send them. But some of my newest assets were approved after two months whereas others, sent earlier, are still waiting to be reviewed. Since these older contributions belong to a set of similar assets already accepted, I do not get it.

You need to contact them about the issues you are having with the vectors being accepted as jpgs only. Everyone is dealing with the other issues you mentioned, including long wait times, images reviewed out of order, etc., and Adobe is unlikely to address these issues when you contact them.

It does no good to address Adobe here. You need to use the Contact Us link.

OK, I'll look for the link. Thanks
