Pending Appeal for Deactivated Account (Pending for 3 Months) - Case ID: 00502862

Hello Adobe Community and Staff,

I am writing here to request urgent assistance regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account (Screen Name: Surinder082), which was deactivated on November 13, 2025.

I submitted a formal appeal and provided all the necessary clarification. My case was assigned Case ID: 00502862. The last email communication I had with the Contributor Support Team was on May 12, 2026. Since then, I have been patiently waiting for nearly three months without any update.

My account was flagged due to a sudden, highly unusual spike in downloads on a single day. I have clearly stated in my appeal that I was a victim of a bot attack or third-party irregular activity. I did not purchase my own content, nor did I encourage anyone to do so. I am fully willing to cooperate, provide source files, and even forfeit the earnings generated by that specific irregular activity to prove my integrity.

Could an Adobe staff member or moderator please help escalate Case ID 00502862 to the relevant Trust & Safety team? I just want a fair manual review so I can return to contributing.

Thank you for your time and help.

Best regards, Surinder Kumar

Unfortunately, you must continue to wait. You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. While we aren’t entirely clear on why investigations take as long as they do, it can sometimes be the result of the number of investigations ahead of yours. You have a case number. We highly recommend that you do not request a follow-up to Adobe’s progress, as doing so can create additional case numbers and further delay their investigation.

    Hi @daniellei4510,

Thank you for your input. I am well aware that this is a peer-to-peer forum. However, waiting nearly 3 months (since May) for a single status update is completely unreasonable for any professional platform.

I am not trying to create a "new" case number. I posted here precisely because actual Adobe Staff members and moderators monitor this community, and I am hoping one of them can kindly escalate my existing, severely delayed Case ID: 00502862.

When standard support channels ignore a contributor for a quarter of a year, seeking visibility here is the only logical step left.

    Best regards, Surinder

They used to, but not anymore. There have been instances of contributors waiting as long as six months before getting their account back, assuming the accounts get returned at all. Your only option is to continue waiting and posting on other stock sites in the meantime.

9 months is a long time. Find other interests. Submit content to outside services. If Stock wants you back, they’ll contact you.

Nobody here can help with an ongoing investigation. This is a private matter between you and The Contributor Relations Team.

    Good luck.

    Hi Nancy,

Thank you for the advice. To clarify, it has been 3 months of complete radio silence since my last appeal communication in May, though the initial deactivation was indeed months ago.

Please don't worry about my portfolio; I am already successfully supplying my 3D apparel graphics and vector illustrations to several other major stock platforms. However, as a professional, I value my relationship with Adobe and simply want my pending case properly reviewed.

I am fully aware that community members cannot resolve investigations. The specific purpose of this post is to gain visibility from the actual Adobe Staff who monitor this forum and have the ability to ping the Contributor Relations team regarding severely delayed tickets (Case 00502862).

    Best regards, Surinder
