Pending Appeal- Over 50 days Without Response (Case- 00525836)

Dear Adobe Community Managers & Staff,

My primary Adobe Stock Contributor account (REMOVED BY MODERATOR) was deactivated due to a duplicate account issue.

Following Adobe's instructions, I submitted the official appeal form on July 15, 2026 (Case Reference: 00525836 / Update: 00525846). In the appeal, I provided all necessary details, including the secondary inactive account (REMOVED BY MODERATOR) to be permanently closed.

It has now been over 50 days since I submitted the appeal, but I have not received any response or resolution. My primary account remains blocked.

Could a staff member or manager please escalate this case directly to the Contributor Relations / Trust & Safety team?

Thank you for your assistance.

What is the name of this forum? I come here to learn and see other people's pictures. And all we are getting is deactivated accounts, which really upsets me. Maybe someone can put at the top of this forum: "We do not handle deactivated accounts." Do not post here. Would that be possible?

The name of the forum is Stock Contributors. It is stock contributors who are having their accounts disabled. The reason for posting was in the title of their post. You don’t have to read them.

50 days is not unusual. Investigations can take months. Adobe does not monitor this forum and you have done exactly what you need to do to get the investigation underway. Attempt to request an escalation can result in further delays.
