Hi, I have been requested a payout on Friday, Merch 31,2023 and it is still pending.

Well, if it's still pending, it's still pending. That's basically one work week, so you are still in the correct time frame.

7 to 10 bussiness days over,that's why.

Business days don't include Saturdays and Sundays. So on Friday, you were exactly at one week or 5 business days waiting for your request to be processed. Public holidays also do not count as a business day, in my region we have today a public holiday.
