Pending Payment

My adobe stock payment is pending for 10 days, I request the payout on 4 November and today is 14th November, I used Skrill option. Can you tell me why didn’t I got the payment yet?

Look at your calendar and start counting with day 1 as the day following your initial request. Do NOT include weekends or holidays. 11/11 (Veterans Day/Armistice Day) is a federal holiday in the U.S. so might cause a delay. Therefore, today is only business day 7. You should be paid on or before Nov. 19th.

It's been 7 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays do not count, nor the day of withdrawal.

Between 7 and 10 business days, Monday through Friday, also excluding U.S. Federal holidays and the day of withdrawal.
