Hello, My payout date is Friday, December 22, 2023. And today is 2 Jan. i have a pending payment for adobe stock and it is still not reflected in my payoneer account. what the reason.

Assuming Adobe staff holidays were only 2 days, 12/25 and 1/1, payout can be expected on the 9th or 10th - next week. If there were more holidays, it could be a bit later.

All you have is to wait. Payout will be done in 10 working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public and company holidays. The end of the year is especially loaded with holidays, so you need to be a bit more patient than usual.

There is absolutly no need to check with support, as long as the 10 days (working days!) are not passed. You will have at least 3 to 4 real weeks for this during the year end.

I have the same issue too , but remeber we have many days off during this period "holidays".

As I said above, we don't know Adobe's precise holiday schedule, but most businesses here in the U.S. are closed on 12/25, perhaps 12/26 as well, and on 1/1. Many companies shut down for the entire week between Christmas and the start of the new year.

Payouts require at least 10 working days, not 10 calendar days. I'm not sure which days Adobe takes as holidays, but you probably won't receive oayment until 1/9 or 1/10.
