Hello, i made a payout on October 28 2024 and until now the status is still pending?? is there a solution to my problem??

Tomorrow is work day 10, so you'll probably get notice of the payment then.

Does Friday not count as a working day??

It does, but today, Monday 11/11 was a U.S. Federal holiday and doesn't count as a work day.

I suspect you'll get it shortly. I believe it's only been 9 days (maybe 10, but the day of withdrawal doesn't really count) and today was a Federal holiday in the US.

if I count from October 29th it should now be 10 days past according to my calculations, but I don't understand the federal day issue, I hope there is an answer for my case, thxs for reply my case

Banks in the US don't do business on Federal holidays.
