Pending payout since May 10 – no response from support

Hello, I requested a payout of $80 on May 10. I understand that payments usually take around 7–10 business days, but this time the waiting period has exceeded the normal timeframe and the payment is still showing as "Pending" until now.

My sister requested a payout on the same day and received her payment normally after 6 days, so I am worried that there may be an issue with my payout specifically.

I contacted support on Saturday but have not received any response yet. I am also concerned because while this payout is still pending, I cannot request another withdrawal.

Has anyone experienced something similar before?

I’ve waited as long as 13 working days, so it can happen. Monday was a Federal holiday in the U.S. so banks were closed, so it’s actually been 12 days. Since you withdrew on a Sunday, the process might not have begun until the 12th. Wait a couple more days. It should happen. As long as it says “Pending,” it’s processing.

    Hi @Nelover

No, I have never had a late payment. Payments are usually made before the 10th business day. You should have received your payment before or on May 24. I am not aware of a holiday that would hindered the payment either.

I suggest you check your “Spam” or “Promotion” folder to see if any correspondence from Adobe got diverted from you Inbox. Also, from your contributor page, check the page under the “Contributor Account” tab to see if your tax form needed updating. If there is need for update, the “Validation” button beside “Status” will be in red.

Otherwise the only option is to wait for a reply to your message. I assume you sent the message using the “Contact us” link at the bottom of you contributor page. Requesting the same payment a second time would not be necessary. The request is in and will eventually be processed.

    Best wishes

Yes, my tax form is already completed and valid until the end of this year, and I have been withdrawing to the same PayPal account for a year and a half without any issues. This is the first time such a long delay has happened.

I am still waiting for a response to the message I sent through Contact Us on Saturday, but I have not received any reply yet. I am worried that the payout may remain pending forever.

    Hi @Nelover ,

You have done all you can. Allow another week. It will not be there in pending forever. If there’s an issue you will be notified otherwise the payment will be made.

    Best wishes

Allow 10-15 business days from the day after your request.

    It shouldn’t be much longer.
