Personal contributor account blocked for multiple accounts, need to swap to it (cases ADB-47624240-J8M5, ADB-47771657-J2M9)

Hi, on 20 Oct I opened the contributor portal while signed in with my work Adobe ID, and it created a contributor account by mistake. That account has no uploads. My personal contributor account now shows "Inactive account" because of the multiple accounts policy.

I only want one account: my personal one. Please close the work one and activate the personal one. Both IDs are in the two cases above.

I opened two cases and sent three follow-ups since 20 Oct, with no reply from a person yet. Could a moderator help escalate?
