Post one or two rejected assets here and we can take a look.

  1. Firefly does not generate perfect images. No generative AI system does.
  2. All generative AI assets need to be checked carefully for rendering errors, both in quality and consistency.
  3. There is no issue at all with uploading images, generative AI or not. If an asset gets refused for quality issues, those issues were part of the file before the upload.

If you would like to learn about how to check your assets, you can search here for the multiple times that experts have examined assets. You can also upload one or two of your assets (original quality) so that we can check it and tell you what issues the asset exposes. You will also to add the header of the refusal reason that Adobe gave you.
